An Okay Stay with Some Issues
bathroom smellslow housekeeping
The room had a noticeable bathroom smell. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping was slow. They kept saying they would come soon, but no one came to clean our room. I had to go to the reception to get the room cleaned myself. It was not a pleasant experience

The hotel was very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The cleaners did a great job and they were always cheerful. The pool area was nice with plenty of space for the children to play.

Our room included a comfortable bed. Fresh towels and toilet paper were supplied promptly upon request. The cleaning services were great with a daily cleaning of the apartment and balcony.

Basic Stay with a Few Issues
unfriendly stafflimited utensils
The apartment felt quite bare. I noticed a lack of essential items like spoons and pans. I frequently had to ask staff to bring these things up. The staff were not always the friendliest. They seemed unwilling to help with a late checkout, even when I offered extra payment. it's A LITTLE disappointing.

The location was very quiet, near a mall with a Carrefour. I found the safe parking very useful. My room faced the pool, so sleeping at night was a great bliss.
I found that the room had not many utilities, such as spoons. I needed to ask for items.

kitchenette conditionunreliable wifi
The kitchenette really needed some love (and maybe a good scrub). the dishes looked a bit questionable, and the fridge could definitely use an upgrade. also, the promised wifi never really materialized in my room. I needed it for work, so it was a real headache after complaining at reception, nothing changed. my kids got bored since they couldn't use their tablets.

The kitchenette was not equipped well. There was no kettle, coffee maker, or microwave. The utensils were mismatched (I expected more from an aparthotel (given the price)), and there were only four glasses, all different.
